We recently changed our company domain and as part of that process our email addresses were unreachable for a few hours. They are all back online now.

Since then some of our user's are not receiving notifications. Based upon other questions and answers I found here I believe these users are having their emails suppressed as they may have received notifications during the blackout period.

Can someone please take a look?

Hi Kevin, this seems to be related to the problem described in [JRACLOUD-67264] Email notification stops working without any error indication - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.

There seems to be no solution, the "workaround" is to contact Atlassian support as they seem to be the only ones that can clear the "mail is blocked because of bounce" flag.
