I used to have auto sign in for JIRA; however, suddenly I must sign in every time I access JIRA. I am not certain what changed and I am interested in knowing if anyone can make a suggestion to resolve this. Thank you.

In the above page it is clearly explained. We have also faced the same issue before.
Stop the jira service. Log into the application server. Locate the Jira Local Home Folder
In that you have to create a file called jira-config.properties and inside it, paste the below statement.
jira.websudo.is.disabled = true
and save. Restart the server and see if it's asking you to log in everytime or not.
