Hi, trying to set up a Scrum project with the aim of managing workflow for issues from other projects there.
Let's say I have project A and B and want to add sprints for issues from both in project C.
I have set the board filter on project C as `project in (A, B)` - in the edit filter page this seems to have the desired effect and shows all (about 300) issues from A, B projects.
In the project C Backlog it only shows 3 issues from A, B projects and I can't see what's different about those ones. What am I missing?
Hi @ikefrancis !
I would start by making sure that all of the statuses are mapped to columns on the scrum/kanban board. If the statuses aren't mapped to columns on the board, then issues in those statuses will not show in the backlog.
Hope this helps!
Bryce
Go to board , Configure board (three dots on right top)
Select columns
Check : Map statuses to columns
1. Ensure all statuses are mapped to columns, you will find number of issues probably 300 in column unassigned statuses. Drag them to respective columns(mostly under "To do").
All these should appear on backlog.

Hi @ikefrancis ,
The issues that already completed (Status Category is Done) will no longer be displayed in Backlog.

Thanks, I have understood that but there are many issues with status which is not Done which also are not showing.
