Sheet Filter expression did not match error when i try "Retrieve Mapping" using Importer in Zephyr

Am trying to migrate test cases from one JIRA to another JIRA service using below steps.

1. Login to OLD JIRA
2. Choose the tab “Tests” and click on “Search test executions”
3. Filter the Integration test cases etc.
4. Click on the button “Export” and export the test cases in excel format
5. Save the excel sheet
6. Go to NEW JIRA
7. Choose the tab “Tests” and click on “Importer”
8. Choose “Project”
9. Choose “Test” in the field “Issue type”
10. Choose “Excel” in the field “File type for upload”
11. Click on the button “Browse” in order to upload the excel sheet that you saved before
12. Click the button “Retrieve mapping”

Sheet Filter expression did not match error when i click on "Retrieve Mapping".

Kindly assist me to import to test cases.

Sheet Filter expression did not match error - resolved when i changed the exported Excel into .xlsx format. But the test cases are imported as single test case. instead of individual test cases. Kindly assist me to resolve the same.
