ServiceRocket JIRA Utility plugin

Getting License expired error for ServiceRocket JIRA Utility plugin while creating an issue. And in AddOn not able to see the details for license expiration. Only options are either to disable it or uninstall.

I am afraid to say Jira Utilities app has been discontinued.

Within the same announcement the following is mentioned:
As you know, this app is a suite of few post-functions and custom fields, as there is no exact equivalent with the same set of features in the market, we have found a few alternatives depending on your main use-case.

• Project Creation feature: Easy Project Creator or Project Creator 
• Issue Creation feature: STAGIL Issue Creator
• Last comment/ Time to comment feature: CCC Last Comment or Comment Custom Fields for Jira
