We currently have a working Jira cloud. Specifically, we have a parent domain set up. Currently we plan to open Confluence using the same parent domain. Before we can open "Confluence" one of our internal steps is for Legal to approve the Service Terms Agreement. What I think I can do is show them our already approved and working Jira Cloud instance has already been associated to Service Terms... which is the same terms for Confluence. Correct, they are the same?
If they are the same terms, I am wondering if the Jira Admin has access to a link within the Jira cloud that opens its associated / approved Atlassian Service Terms Agreement? Which I assume opens this website:
https://www.atlassian.com/legal/cloud-terms-of-service
If there is a Service Terms link within Jira, can someone tell me the navigation steps to take to the link?
I would suggest that you might like to share the site https://www.atlassian.com/trust with your legal team as this contains a lot of information that should reassure them.
Hope this helps you get the buy-in from your legal team.
Phill
I did share it with Legal. I'm concern they might NOT get to it for awhile .... so to avoid the delay, I kind of hoped if there is a built in link, it would clearly indicate the Service Terms have already been accepted by the company and the request for approval is not needed
