I am trying to change the fields of my service tickets. I have the fields set up and I changed them. When the customer sees the ticket it is correct but when I export the ticket to word the fields change back to what they were originally created for. How do I change the fields so they export with the correct name of the field?

Does the name show as the original name on the agent view?
To change the field name you need to click the cog on the top right, then issues > custom fields. You can then search for the field and rename it to match the customer view.
