The current mapping between JIRA Service Desk and JIRA projects is 1 on 1.

So you'll need to create multiple projects in JIRA.

Hi Adalberto, I might be getting it wrong but, I think that we are talking about different stuff. I am not talking about service desks, I am talking about the customer portal that gathers all this service desks.I want to have different logos for the customer portal and different service desk showing on different customer portals within one same instance. We would like to have this too, multiple portal versions for the same Service Desk project.
