Sequence of columns have been modified on JIRA extract

Could you please explain  why the sequence of columns have been modified for a project when I want to do an excel all fields extracts ?

 

It is very urgent to find a solution because our and suppliers macros are not working.

The "all columns" export simply reads all the fields valid for the issues out of the database in order it finds them in the database.  If you change the fields for a project in some way (field config, adding a plugin, etc), then the order could change.  The point of the "all fields" export is that it simply dumps everything out.  You don't control the order because it could easily be changed by your config or several other things

To "fix" this, your options are:

  • Stop relying on column order - use the headings instead
  • Save the filter with the columns you want in the order you want, and use "export only my columns" - they will not get re-arranged when things change
