Scrum Board - Not Showing Sub Tasks

Hi Team,

 

We have created scrum board mapping to different Projects. And we have Filiters based on the assignee. In the Active Sprint View, if you click on the The User, it is not displaying the subtasks if you has been assigned to Sub tasks on the any parent

Hi @Boobalan M ,

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Might it be that you're running into the same issue as this user: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Can-t-see-subtasks-in-active-sprint-board/qaq-p/2218355

If not I would recommend checking your filter to see if it's not excluding your subtasks.
Also make sure to assign each subtask to the user, otherwise they won't show up either if you click the user filter on the Active Sprint View.
