Schedule Issues show error saying no active sprint

I have run into an issue where several Scheduled Issues are showing as failed in status.

When I manually execute the tasks, the task is fails to be created with the message "There is no active sprint".  The issue is there is an active sprint yet the tasks are failing to be created.

In order to have the issues created, I had to change the Sprint setting in each Scheduled Issue from "Active Sprint" to "Fixed" and selecting the active sprint. Only then did the task get created.

Is this an issue with Jira's Scheduled Issues or was a change made? All tasks were executing properly until May 1st, 2023. These are not new scheduled issues.

Thanks.

Hello @rfabrizio

Can you share a screen image that shows the failed status?

I am not familiar with functionality that automatically creates issues, other than Automation for Jira. I'm wondering if you are using a third party application for this functionality. If you are using a third party application, which one is it?

I just realized it is a third party application added by the main admin to our account. It is called The Scheduler. I will reach out to their support to get this resolved. Thank you.
