Hi!
I would like to set an SLA for my Jira software project.
I'm working with JSM as well and I know if can set SLA from there for an issue.
What I need -
1) Issue SLA in JSM ( for example - 8-day resolution time).
2) connect the issue to my Jira software board.
3) Create SLA for each stage . (Separate each stage so that it will be a maximum of 8 days).
Until Status Done\Close
Thank you !
Hi @Tim Shirazi
Welcome to the community!
The built-in SLA is only in JSM, but for Jira Software, you can use third-party add-ons at the Atlassian Marketplace to control SLA and add automation.
I suggest you try the SLA Time and Report for Jira, developed by our team. There you will be able to create SLAs for each of the stages, set performance limits, and configure automatic actions upon triggering.
Use the 30-day trial to try the add-on by yourself.
Hi @Tim Shirazi
Welcome to community!
SLA of JSM works only in the JSM project tickets.
You can create multiple SLAs in the JSM project for each status changes.
You could create a board that views these JSM tickets but the SLA feature is not available for Jira software tickets.
