Hi Team!
We faced such an issue when a new SD project is created - there is a duplication of the issue type so Jira creates the same, but a new issue type for each new project. Also, the name of the issue type has a word [system] before each name, is it possible to remove it somehow?
Please see the attached snapshot.
If I understand right, if we create 10 new SD projects, Jira creates 10 duplicate issue types.
Thank you.
Dariia
Hi @Dariia Korolova , are you using Team Managed or Company Managed Projects? This will be displayed in lower left corner when viewing a project.

Understand but is it "company" or "team"? Look in lower left corner.

Thanks! In the image you provided can you explain where exactly you are seeing this? Is this under system settings > issues > issue types?
Creating a new JSM project should not create new issue types. Can you confirm that indeed this is happening by creating another test JSM project and see if the number of incident issue types increases? If so, then, I definitely suggest you create a ticket with Atlassian support and have them login and take a look
