Run grouped commands of actions

Is there a way to define multi steps/actions/commands and group them as one function?

like Macros in MS-office.

The scenario at hand: I want to open an issue (a story or a task), and run this "macro" to:

1- create sub tasks

2- add components

3- assign an assignee depending on the components

4- assign a technical leader

I though I can accomplish this via Automation Rules, but I have to problems:

a) I could not run the Automation Rules manually.

b) I did not find If-Else block within the Automation Rule's conditions

thanks in advance

Hello @Ibrahim Ghalghay

An Automation Rule can be created with a Manual trigger that would allow the rule to be run manually.

There is an If/Else block in the Conditions options.

If you are not seeing these options, can you provide screen images of what you do see?

Thanks a lot dear @Trudy Claspill

It is highly appreciated
