Rule: How to create specific type of issue under other issue

Hi,

1. If I want my user to create User Story under and Epic and they should not be able to create anything else

2. If I want my user to create only task and bug under User Story under, how to do it?

You should be able to use Validators on the create transition to prevent users from creating issues. You may need an add in to create the specific validator rule.
