1. I want to set a workflow, where I can assign users as per the workflow
2. If I create a new story , I want different resources to work on workflow for that story only

1. In the workflow, select the transition for when you want to set the assignee. It can be the create transition. :-)
Then add a post function to that transition to Update issue field.
Then select Assignee and add your value.
