Reverted back to a former workflow and now engineers cant move tickets across the board

I recently simplified the teams workflow when I added a Blocked Column/Status. That caused some concerns and we reverted back to the old workflow. Now suddenly the engineers cant move any tickets across the board. I checked the conditions but they are empty. We do have a bunch of transitions in place but not sure why the engineers arent able to move tickets across the board (they could before we simplified the workflow). Is there a quick fix for this?

Hello @zach

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

We don't yet have enough information to advise you.

How are the users being blocked from moving the issues? Do the issues snap back to the original column when they try to drag and drop them to another column? Do they not see highlighted areas in the columns in which they can drop the issues?

If the user views the issue details directly, can they select a new status from the Status dropdown?

Have you check the mapping of Statuses to the board Columns to ensure that there actually are statuses mapped to the columns?
