Hi There,
i have more or less two questions regarding Timetracking in Jira Cloud.
1. We need to prevent that customers can see worklogs in our system. So how can we restrict the viewing of the timetracking section in an issue? I know that jira has no field security or something like that. Maybe there is an App, that brings this functionality to our system?
At the Moment we use a subtask "timetracking" on every issue with a security level to prevent access. But this workaround is not very nice.
2. Is there a way to prevent original estimations from beeing edited? In our understanding this should be a value, that should not be changed during the work on the issue. So it should only be editable when creating the issue or only by specific users.
Hope someone of you have an idea to solve this or knows any App that could help
Using a plugin like ActivityTimeline can help you to hide worklogs in Jira, but at the same time you could see it on Activity Timeline.
