I can pull all the tickets in the To Do list no problem. Is there a way to order the tickets as they are in the backlog. Is there a different field than the created field

You can try the "order by rank" and please let me know if you got the same results as your agile board or not.
I tried "order by rank" and got the same results for one of my agile boards, but for the other I did not. Do you know why this might be? The correct issues are all there in my results for the board that's having problems, just not in the correct order.
