None of the issues in my project seem to be tracking a resolution date. I thought this was automatically done based on the status hitting a resolved state, but all the resolution dimensions are null (Time to resolution, Resolution date, etc). Is there some configuration I'm missing in order to accurately capture the resolution date on issues?
Hello @chris bohnert
What type of project are you working with; Software, Service, or Business/Work Management?
"Time to resolution" is calculated only for issues in Service projects.
The Resolution field and the Resolved date are not used in Business/Work Management projects, by default.

Hi Chris - Is the Resolution field getting set? The date has more to do with that field than the status.
