Is it possible to add a field to Request list, we need "Client Issue ID."

Yes, the agents who can configure your project/service desk can add new request types.

My question is not about request list, it's in regard to adding columns/labels when users run report from the portal, please see screen shots. Above...

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood.

It's not possible to do this - the fields in there are fixed by the layout code.  Have a look in the marketplace for extra reporting Apps though.

With your experience what do you recommend for the extra reporting Apps that are out there? I need some thing that I can test and implement quickly.
