Hi. I'm trying to build some reporting solutions, and I need to implement a metric that examines the average update time on issues. That is, Highest-Priority bugs should have an update every 4 hours. High-Priority bugs, every 2 days. Medium-priority, once a week, etc. I don't see a way to even get at this kind of metric, much less build any charting around it. Ideas?
