Hallo,

how i can reopen a Issue in 7 days. As example my IT Team close a Issue and need a Feedback for some issues in 7 days, as Reminder we will that Jira automaticaly Reopen this "marked" ticket?

Hi @Robert Rubil ,

you can't do that using builtin feature. You can use a third part addon like https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1215460/automation-for-jira?hosting=cloud&tab=overview 

You could use a scheduled trigger, based on a jql, that automatically reopen your issues.
