Regarding Test Set Cascade and it's reporting in Jira server

Scenario:
Lead engineer will cascade the the test set. Tester will include the the test set into different test plans and test executions and will execute the tests.
Lead engineer would like to see the status of the cascaded tests on dashboards at any point of time for different environments / gateways etc.
Can we achieve it using OOTB Jira XRay features and reporting tools?
If not, is there any add on available?

It depends on the way you have the cascade of tests organized in your projects.

Depending on the specific details of how you have it organized it might be possible to use the Test List gadget or not.

Nevertheless, if it is not possible with the gadget, it should be possible with the Document Generator feature, since it is based on configurable templates, that can be coded as needed.
