Redirected to tempo page after login to jira

I’m facing issue when I login to jira (DC) , i see tempo page as first landing page. I select In ‘My Jira Home’ the dashboard option but this redirecting to tempo still occurs with all users using jira. The strange thing is that sometimes this redirecting not happens. 
Clearing browser cache already performed but wasn’t useful.

any one faced similar issue and can help?

Hi Asmae,

 

Please check the URL of Jira which you are using to access. It should not be the URL directly accessing any page of Tempo.

Hi Rachit,

Thanks for your reply but can you elaborate more? The url is pointed to load balancer which is configured for jira nodes.
