I would like your opinion about this subject:
In advanced Roadmap (Plans) I want to start working on the capacity. So I created teams and assigned to my project tasks.
However, the people work on projects but also on recurring activities (operations, etc).
I cannot create specific tasks for every operation task, so i would create a recurring task as a "buffer" for all operations activities (for example 10h every week). Does this make sens to you?
Alternatively, I could skip all operations tasks from my Plan and simply reduce the default capacity of the teams (limited to the time dedicated to projects by default). But then I cannot play with reducing operations time to allow more time for projects...
what is your opinion?
