Hi - looking for recommendations for an add-on in Jira to provide the following for our teams regarding skills:
Any recommendations?
Thank you!
Hi @habib rahman - can you please provide links to the add-ons you listed in your answer? I cannot find any that match those names.
Also, do you have direct experience with any of those add-ons?
@April Anderson maybe a better option would be to explore the Atlassian Marketplace yourself and look at the descriptions and reviews there. Here is a link to the marketplace filtering for Jira Cloud and the keyword "skills":

Hi @April Anderson my name is Habib hope this might help a little.
There are a few add-ons in Jira that might meet your requirements. Here are some of them:
1. Skills Matrix for Jira: This add-on allows you to define a list of skills and levels of proficiency. You can assign skills to team members and view them on a matrix. You can also search for team members by skill and see their current and upcoming work. The add-on has a free trial period and is budget-friendly.
2. Team Skills for Jira: This add-on allows you to create a list of skills and assign them to team members along with a proficiency level. You can view the team's skill coverage and distribution, search for team members by skill, and see their current and upcoming work. The add-on has a free tier and is budget-friendly.
3. Skills Base for Jira: This add-on allows you to create a list of skills and assign them to team members along with a proficiency level. You can also track team members' training and certification. The add-on has a free trial period and offers flexible pricing based on the number of users.
I hope this helps you find an add-on that meets your requirements. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.
thanks
Habib
