We are many teams using Jira boards & projects.
I need to receive an email once my team members create issues on our projects. Is it possible?
this is to audit the team I'm managing and audit their perf.
Hello @Ahmed Masoud
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Are your teams working with Team Managed projects or Company Managed projects? Are they Software, Business/Work Management, or Service Management projects?
All that information is available from the Type column on the View all projects page under the Projects menu.
If the projects are Company Managed, then they use Notification Schemes as a method to notify users when events occur in the project(s) and in issues, such as a new issue being created, an issue being changed to another Status, and an issue being Closed. The Notification Scheme(s) used by the projects you need to audit could be modified so that you are notified each time an issue is created in the project. That level of change can be done only by a full Jira Administrator.
In a Team Managed project Notifications Schemes are not used. Instead, each project has its own Notification configuration. The Project Administrators of each project can change the Notifications configuration for their Team Managed project.
An alternative to modifying notifications at the project level is for you to instead set up a Filter to get a list of newly created issues in the projects you care about. Then set up a Subscription to send an email of the results of the filter to yourself periodically. Refer to this document library for information on searching for issues.

Drilling into that library, the Manage filters section talks about subscribing to filters.
