what does "automation rule - more options - send notifications" mean?

as shown, while using "more options" to edit fields, there's a “send notifications？” option。

what does that mean?
what action triggers this notifying?
and whom will the email sent to ?the rule actor(jira-admin or project admin)?

Hi Arjun

To check that, you have to have Jira system admin permission. Go to Jira Configuration / Add-ons / Manage add-ons, find your add-on and open the entry, all the information should be listed there including when your trial license will expire
