user creating a ticket when he don't have permission.

i have restricted the user to not create a ticket for a particular project, in the permission level. Even though he can able to access and create a ticket.

Yep that's a thing. Logo upload hecks up the color settings. :(

There is a bug report https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-45829
Not exactly what you experienced but similar.
