requestJira API limitations

Hello Experts, we are developing a forge plugin where we added a web trigger to extract some data.

As part of that we make api call to get issue info as shown below

 

await api
.asApp()
.requestJira(route`/rest/api/3/issue/$issueKey}`);

 

We have observed that when we make this call more than 30 times, Jira throws a 424

We dont remember seeing any such limitations in the documentation.

Apart from using JQL is there a work around this?

Hi Michel,

You will need an add-on to do this. Jira Workflow Toolbox is an option:

Actually, i wanted to do something similar. Querying the project properties set using jira api's
