Is it possible to set two keys in one project?
We'd like to add a different key in the existing project to differentiate tickets from the current ones.
example) ticket name
AB-xxxxx
CD-xxxxx
I confirmed it's possible by making another project, but we'd like to achieve this within the current project if possible.

If the users is an agent in a Service Desk project and they will have a read-only access to the report. The only one that can edit the report is a user with Administrator roles.
