endpoint api of webhook never got receives data

hi , i have added a endpoint api into jira webhook , i never see have any call to that my endpoint api , but if i using a endpoint api from pipedream.com and test and see that  still receives data from jira event , i have tested with all method POST , PUT, GET ... and my endpoint api work well .  but when i add that endpoint into jira webhook , i have update jira task , comment but never got receives data 

so my domain or ip have blocked ? or any things can i debug this issue on jira ?

I have ran into that before, however the scenario I am talking about is different. The approver is not getting any notifications when the request channel type is JIRA, whether that approver is a customer or an agent does not make a difference.
