clock in jira server

Hi Dears
I have Question.
My country is Iran And Jira's clock is one hour ahead.
How to change the clock manually?
Log clock and system clock are correct.
But the application registration time (create/update Issue ) is one hour ahead.

Do you have a solution?

You need to define Field Configuration Scheme. Here you can associate an issue type to a Field Configuration. You may need to create new Field Configuration based on your requirement.
