I have an automation to calculate the difference between Due date and Start date, the audit shows that it works, but the Feedback is not filled. What could be the problem?

You should add the Security Level field to the Edit screen. In this case if you edit an issue, you will be able to set the Security Level field.
I believe I did that: Settings > Issues > Screens
Or is there another place to edit the Security Level field?
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
Ok. Open the Edit screen of an issue and then use Configure Fields -> Where is my field. Type Security Level and you will have an answer, why you can not see the field.
You can do the same in the view issue screen. User Admin -> Where is my field.
