If we upgrade from trial version of Zephyr scale on Jira, to the paid licenced version - do we lose any of the information that we had on the trial version or does the information remain the same and then continue seamlessly once we've paid, assuming there is a seamless transition to the paid version.
Hi @Ranjeetha, I checked the Issue Collector in my Jira Server 7.9.2 instance and the buttons display as expected on a Win 10, Chrome 66 machine. I think you'll need to report this UI problem to Atlassian. You'll want to provide them with your Jira version details as well as any browser details. (I'm not familiar with what browser is used by the iPad.)
