When I create a new Bug Tracking project, the Use template button is disabled. How to enable this.

As a user or project level administrator, when I try to create a Bug Tracking (JIRA Software) project by clicking on the Bug Tracking link, the application displays the Bug Tracking page, but the "Use Template" button is disabled. Kindly let me know how the JIRA admin can enable this USE TEMPLATE button for the user, without providing JIRA administration rights to the user or project admin.

Hi Stuart,

Generally there's further information down on the thread that will explain the exact issue that is causing the failure.

To confirm, you're importing a CSV into Jira Cloud? May I ask where you obtained the error messages you are sending?

Where was the original CSV generated that you're importing?

I've opened a support ticket with Jira but haven't heard back in a week. The CSV is self-generated and the error was extracted from the import log.

I checked our Support Portal but I don't see any tickets raised from your email address since last year.

I submitted the ticket using the username 'Jira.Admin@JustEnough.com'. Ticket URL is 'https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/42/PSCLOUD-5715'

Getting another problem related to this import: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Session-Timeout-during-CSV-Import/qaq-p/842157#M271104. While trying to work out the import issues, the wizard times out the sesson.
