What's the difference between an inactive user and a suspended user?

Hi.  Managing users and I've discovered there are inactive users and there are suspended users, in addition to the active users.  I've discovered that I can suspend users and I can remove users, but I don't see how to mark a user inactive.

What I'd really like to know is what is different between an inactive and a suspended user, and is there some way for me to mark a user inactive?  Is there a benefit to having truly inactive users marked Inactive versus Suspended?  Ultimately - once I'm convinced they are gone for good - I will remove them... but I'm trying to take a measured approach to user management, and I don't think I know enough about the states and how they are reached.  Can anyone shed any light on this subject, or point me to some documentation?  Many thanks in advance...

Hello Nazee,

Thank you for your request and sorry for the late response - questions here are overlooked sometimes since we’re primarily handle requests submitted directly through our Service Desk.

Our guess here is that the said Epic has a ‘Resolved’ status itself and the Progress column is based on Resolution Only. In this case, sub-issues’ statuses won’t be taken into account when progress bar is calculated. We would suggest to use Progress based on Status instead where you can also select option ‘Ignore parent issue progress’ so the bar would be filled only by the progress made with child-issues.

But if it’s not the reason for the Epic’s progress behaviour, we would need to investigate this issue properly and ask you to send the screenshots of the Progress column configuration and the Epic in the structure. So if the issue is still relevant and the assistance still needed, please feel free to create a ticket at the Service Desk - https://support.almworks.com and we will get back to you shortly.

Best regards,
