What is the JQL to know the total planned and actual efforts on an Epic?

What is the JQL to know the total planned and actual efforts on an Epic (which is usually the sum of all the User Stories linked to that Epic)?

Hello,

The Browse Users and Groups global permission lets users to see all groups and users in Jira. You can not limit visible users by a group.
