We want to migrate data from cloud to on premises version of JIRA existing server

We have two versions of JIRA running with us.

We have taken the backup of all the data from cloud version as .ZIP file and want to import that data to on premises version without affecting existing data and projects that is already available on the on premises version. Kindly provide the steps to do this activity.

Note: We have exported the complete cloud data as ZIP file.

Personally, we were forced to abandon Zephyr, as he had very negative impact on JIRA perfomance. Support is very inactive, the problem has not been resolved.

PS. Our zephyr size is more than 2 million test cases.
