Trying to use the CVS bulk import - Issue can't be created due to the error/s

Hi 

I am trying to use the CSV bulk import. I am having a problem with my Assignee Name.

Jira is not matching on the names field . These are the names I exported.

I tried using the USER Id - still no luck 

What is the recommend format and structure of a user name for the import.

Error log 

• Issue can't be created due to the error/s [ The reporter specified is not a user.; User '"nndandulenigodfreymutshinyane"' does not exist. ]
