The automation rule is not working correctly

Hi,

"The automation rule is not working correctly. Point 1: The same rule is used in two transitions, but it only adds a comment in the first transition and doesn't send notifications to watchers and reporters as specified in the notification scheme. Point 2: In the second transition, it adds a comment and sends notifications properly.

Hi Manjunath,

I've checked on our marketplace that there are only Hangouts for Jira and Confluence Cloud.
Can you please share with us the link of the add-on that you installed on your Jira Server? I've checked on other questions and currently, there are no Hangouts add-ons for Server.
