Dear Support,
We have created 2 different Jira boards for two different projects of ours.
The first one was created approx. 1 and a half months ago, the second one about two weeks later.
It is already a week now or so, that we are no longer able to reach/open these boards.
Whenever we try to open the link of any of the projects, we're going to be redirected to this page:
https://atin-epam.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
Could you help me/us, please?
If you ask, I'll be able to send you the 2 exact links for the 2 boards.
Thank you for your answer and help, in advance!
Regards:
Peter
Hi @[deleted]
For this, you need to add the New Step ie Pending into the Workflow then it will show you in issue view screen.
To add the Pending in workflow please visit the below article.

Hi @[deleted]
Do you mean Category means Project Category?
What is that Category Pending? Or you want to add the Pending as an Issue status?

The status categories in Jira are hard-coded. They are held in a config file, but even if you added "pending" to that, it would not do anything (other than show in a couple of places) without you re-writing swathes of code within the core of Jira.
Generally though, "pending" is usually a "to-do" status - it fits the definition of "something we need to look at, but we've not started, and may decide not to do"
