There is a report for all the tasks completed in the last 1 week. I want to add a column which shows the time spend to complete the task (updated date - start date). Is there a way I can calculate and show this field instead of having to use external application.
Thanks, I was afraid of that. i was hoping for something similar to automation option in servicedesk where any comment changes would get echoed over to linked issue. Since in my case the links are created progamatically vs manually, I have control over what is linked so I wasn't worried about the many issues scenario.
