I am setting up my first Jira board. Apologies if I am using the wrong terminology (and maybe that's why I can't find the solution to this when searching the community!).
Is there a way to get the Zendesk Linked Tickets count to appear in Card/Issue view from my board or backlog, so that I can see this number without opening the issue.
For example, I want the number appearing in Image 1 (i.e. "9"), to be visible in the view of the card shown in Image 2, so that I can easily see this number from my board
Check the permission scheme - I think you'll find the "set security" permission is only granted to your administrator account. You'll need to add more groups/roles/etc to the permission.
