Send notifications when due date is occuring

Hello everyone,

I searched for this issue on the community but I seem to have a particular need about this ticket field.

I need to send a notification when due date is occurring for a ticket assigned to me.

Is it possible without using some backend code?

Hi @Stewart Lees

Verify if

Project XYZ Issue Type Scheme should have Task,Bug and Requirements as issue types and that issue type schem should be associated with Project XYZ.
Project XYZ Workflow Scheme should have Development Workflow for Task and Bug Issue Types and Requirement Workflow for Requirement Issue Type and then Project XYZ workflow Scheme should be associated to Project XYZ.
