Send email 1hr after issue creation

Hi, 

I'm trying to figure out the best approach to automate some common tasks using Jira Automation. This is the first one. 

When an issue is created, After 1hr, check whether the following firlds are empty:

• Component
• Assignee
• Description

If Empty email Reporter.

I have the email as I want it but I can't figure out how to do sort out the scheduling.
I just want it to send 1 email, 1 hr after creation so that the user has the opportunity to fill in the fields before automation triggers. And I don't want my users bombarded with the same messages on a regular schedule
