Satifation rate

Do you think it is possible to have in a jira report not only the Rate ( 5 star or 4 star, etc) but also the comments posted by the users?

You imported a workflow, but did you add it to a workflow scheme? Workflow schemes can be added to projects, not individual workflows.

Yes We have added workflow scheme to project.

The issue was with IE browser, we have tried the same with Mozilla Firefox and all looks good now.
