Our developers work on multiple clients and multiple projects at any given time.  Because of this we moved all work into a single project and used Epics to group work by client/project.  This allowed us to see programmers workload and plan sprints across all clients/projects.

NOW we have a client who wants to use our Jira to see their work/status/add new tasks.  We cannot seem to figure out how to create a new user role that can only see data for a specific epic.  is this possible?

It gets a bit more weird. If I create a board as a user, the admin cannot see it. If I try and share with the admin, the admin does not show up on the pull-downs of users/groups to share with. This means that really the admin has to do everything. or ... everyone needs to be admin? :-/ The original question still applies. Thanks, Mike
