I have an issue (type = Epic) that has had several changes/updates to it over time. I want to "roll back" to a specific entry in the History log for this issue. Can that be done? Or, do I have to painstakingly copy/paste from the history log back into the current instance of the issue?

These Test Sessions are coming from the Capture for Jira plugin.
If you go to your Jira Admin(gear icon) -> Add-ons -> Capture for Jira settings. You can then change the option for "Show Capture for Jira in Business projects"
This should remove the icon from your business projects.
